Caso CNM: “Para tener mejores jueces y fiscales en el sistema de justicia debe reformase el CNM”

Nakazaki aseguró que el camino más rápido en el caso del CNM es el proceso de destitución por parte del parlamento.

En entrevista con Mávila Huertas en Canal N, el abogado César Nakazaki comentó que estamos al inicio de la investigación en la crisis que vive el Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura (CNM), la cual podría orientarse en diversos ámbitos: corrupción tráfico de influencias, patrocinio ilegal y cohecho, así como responsabilidad penal, disciplinaria o administrativa.
 
No obstante, para el penalista el caso del CNM se resolvería con mayor rapidez empleando como medida la destitución por parte del Congreso. “El camino más rápido es el proceso de destitución o remoción del parlamento”, comentó Nakazaki, quien además explicó que las investigaciones al juez supremo y al juez superior estarían a cargo de la Fiscalía de la Nación.
 
Asimismo, el abogado señaló que algo positivo que puede rescatarse de esta crisis es que la sociedad conoce ahora el rol fundamental que cumple el CNM y que supone una oportunidad para reformar esta institución para contar con los mejores jueces y fiscales en el sistema de justicia.
