Nakazaki exhortó al Congreso a realizar los antejuicios como procedimientos de emergencia para darles la velocidad que la sociedad demanda.

En entrevista para “Buenos días Perú”, el abogado César Nakazaki explicó que, hasta el momento, lo que han revelado los audios que desataron la crisis del sistema de justicia son las redes de poder. En adelante, se tendrá que evaluar si hay una connotación penal, civil, administrativa o ética para aplicar las sanciones correspondientes.
 
Consultado por el tiempo que tomaría realizar las investigaciones, el penalista señaló que ya se han iniciado los procedimientos de antejuicio en el Congreso, sin embargo, la extensión del proceso dependerá del ritmo que le ponga. “Sería una muy buena medida del Congreso que los antejuicios los realice como procedimientos de emergencia para que le dé la velocidad que la sociedad demanda”, agregó.
 
Asimismo, respecto al caso del juez César Hinostroza, comentó que lo que se ha visto por ahora es a un juez haciendo mal uso de su poder al pedir favores personales. “El poder solamente significa cumplir deberes de función, no sacar provechos personales; entonces, el aprovechamiento del cargo es una falta administrativa o ética, pero no delito”, explicó.
 
No obstante, Nakazaki reveló que para pasar al ámbito penal se debe comprobar la corrupción, el tráfico de influencias y/o la intromisión en los casos penales, de lo contrario, las sanciones quedarían en el plano ético – administrativo.
