Nakazaki recomendó trabajar en políticas de prevención y acompañamiento psicológico.

El abogado César Nakazaki advirtió que la nueva modificatoria legislativa del Congreso de la República para que procesados por violación sexual y delitos de feminicidio no puedan acceder a la figura de la confesión sincera y la terminación anticipada, lejos de beneficiar a la sociedad, solo producirá que los procesos judiciales se alarguen.
 
“Ya he confesado, ya no hay actividad probatoria que desplegar, por tanto, vamos a un proceso acelerado que es la terminación anticipada. Si yo elimino esa posibilidad, entonces nadie se declarará culpable al inicio y tendremos un largo proceso penal que, ni beneficia al procesado ni a la sociedad, porque no permite superar esta sobrecarga de procesos en el sistema de justicia”, explicó el penalista.
 
Nakazaki agregó que no existe ningún beneficio con la mencionada modificatoria, pues tanto violadores como autores de feminicidios no analizan las consecuencias jurídicas de sus actos, sino que “responden a trastornos mentales”, donde deberían primar los temas de prevención en lugar de la represión.
 
"Mientras que no haya políticas de salud mental o de acompañamiento a las familias, las fábricas del delito van a seguir y no las van a parar quitando la confesión sincera o la terminación anticipada”, sentenció.
