Sistema de Justicia: “Se deben tomar acciones concretas para lograr la justicia que necesitamos”

Nakazaki señaló que se necesita la intervención conjunta de los 3 poderes del Estado.

Frente a la crisis del sistema de justicia, el abogado César Nakazaki comentó que, como en anteriores ocasiones, no podemos quedarnos en el momento o la coyuntura, sino corregir los problemas de manera conjunta, siendo necesaria la intervención del Poder Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial.
 
“Una comisión que permanentemente esté trabajando este tema es fundamental, porque a lo largo del tiempo ha habido varios esfuerzos, diagnósticos y propuestas de tratamiento para el enfermo sistema de justicia, pero todo se diluía porque nos quedábamos en la coyuntura”, indicó el penalista.
 
Para Nakazaki, se deben ir tomando medidas concretas donde todas las instituciones que integran el sistema de justicia estén alineadas en una gran visión de cómo debe ser la justicia en el Perú.
 
“Ese es un trabajo de mediano aliento donde progresivamente hay que ir dando medidas para que la sociedad entienda y sienta que vale la pena luchar por la justicia y que vale la pena esperar para lograr el sistema de justicia que todos merecemos y necesitamos”, sentenció.
