Nakazaki destacó que las medidas de reforma permitirán que la crisis no se repita
El abogado César Nakazaki comentó que, además de las medidas de reacción que se están presentando y que nos dan la tranquilidad de saber que el Estado está respondiendo ante la crisis del sistema de justicia, se hace necesario implementar medidas de reforma que garanticen que la crisis no vuelva a repetirse.
“Lo importante de los problemas de corrupción como Lava Jato, los problemas que hay con los financiamientos de los partidos, con la crisis del sistema de justicia, entre otros, no es la reacción. No es que nos enojemos o nos indignemos, sino que canalicemos ese enojo e indignación en medidas de reforma para dejar a nuestros hijos las bases del edificio sólido que debe ser el Perú en el siglo XXI”, sostuvo el penalista.
Nakazaki explicó que entre las medias de reforma a tomar se debe corregir el sistema de designación de jueces y fiscales del Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura (CNM), así como poner mayor esfuerzo en formarlos adecuadamente en la Academia Nacional de la Magistratura. Según el abogado, estos cambios requieren de voluntad política.
“El Presidente de la República tiene un rol fundamental en garantizar la mantención de la voluntad política para que estas reformas se lleven a la realidad en la norma y en la economía con los fondos públicos”, sentenció.
