El abogado César Nakazaki sostuvo que el crítico cuadro clínico por el que atraviesa el general en situación de retiro, Nicolás Hermoza Ríos, debe ser tomado en cuenta para otorgarle el indulto humanitario.
En ese sentido, el letrado señaló que existen muchos casos complejos que obtuvieron esta gracia y que Hermoza Ríos también puede acceder a ello, pues cumple con las condiciones que exige la ley. Nakazaki también señaló que el condonarle la pena sería iniciar la reconciliación entre todos los peruanos y cerrar una página dura de la historia nacional.
