El abogado César Nakazaki sostuvo que los testimonios de colaboración eficaz no deben ser revelados prematuramente en medios de comunicación porque al hacerlo queda abierta la posibilidad de desestimar lo dicho por los testigos y dañar las investigaciones que se realizan en los procesos penales.
Asimismo, manifestó que los medios de comunicación difunden información que no ha sido verificada, que incrimina a los imputados sin que estos tengan la opción de defenderse. Por ello invocó a que todo tipo de información debe ser obtenida dentro del marco legal.
