El abogado César Nakazaki analizó el caso de la homicida Shirley Silva, conocida como 'la gata', que en la última semana asesinó a dos personas. En ese sentido, Nakazaki sostuvo que en ambos casos existe el homicidio por ferocidad, un delito que revela una conducta psicópata penada por la ley.
Asimismo, el penalista comentó que para resolver estos casos es necesario que los peritos, médicos y psiquiatras del Ministerio Público estén capacitados para no dejar en libertad a personas con esta psicopatía y así evitar más muertes. Además, invocó una especial atención para la salud mental del país porque se ha comprobado que no es un tema relevante en la agenda nacional.
