Las cifras de abuso contra mujeres, en especial niñas, han llegado a niveles alarmante
El jurista César Nakazaki sostuvo que las cifras de abuso contra mujeres, en especial niñas, han llegado a niveles alarmantes que no pueden ser combatidos con ninguna condena por más severa que sea. Para Nakazaki es fundamental que el cambio inicie por el respeto hacia la mujer, sin exponerla como si fuera un objeto sexual con prendas diminutas que despierten el morbo.
Asimismo, manifestó que el trato hacia al prójimo, ya sean niños, niñas, mujeres y ancianos tiene que darse ya, porque de lo contrario los delitos continuarán. Finalmente, el penalista señaló que el Estado tiene que trabajar en políticas de prevención ,que reflejen cambios reales que reduzcan las alarmantes cifras de abuso.
