El Congreso no debe investigar el homicidio de Emerson Fasabi porque no tiene la competencia legal para hacerlo
El penalista César Nakazaki manifestó que el Congreso no debe investigar el homicidio de Emerson Fasabi porque no está preparado y tampoco tiene la competencia legal para hacerlo. Además, cuestionó el informe de la comisión de Fiscalización, que preside Rolando Reátegui, puesto que el médico que el Congreso llamó para realizar la pericia señaló que sus exámenes estaban incompletos y que sus conclusiones son provisionales porque no establecen la causa de muerte.
Nakazaki señaló que sin esa información es imposible plantear una tesis de homicidio porque la fiscalía tomará en cuenta el dictamen hecho por el Instituto de Medicina Legal que tiene más elementos de prueba y donde se señala que no existe causa de muerte por mano ajena. Asimismo, la defensa de Ollanta Humala rechazó enfáticamente el mal uso de la justicia como medio para acabar con un adversario político.
