César Nakazaki explicó que existen dos aspectos fundamentales para solucionar los grandes problemas en el país: las políticas de prevención y el cumplimiento de la ley.
¿Por qué existen problemas de violencia contra la mujer, por qué algunos enfermos mentales ponen en peligro a otras personas o por qué existen la corrupción? Para el abogado César Nakazaki la causa de estos y otros problemas que nos afectan como sociedad es la “cultura de ilegalidad”.
“A la gente no le interesa, no le conviene o piensa que no es necesario cumplir la ley”, comentó el penalista, quien además considera que una de las principales soluciones para reducir sustancialmente los casos de feminicidios o agresiones es establecer políticas de prevención, educación y de salud mental.
“No es aumentando penas, no es inventando figuras delictivas, sino entendiendo que la violencia, problema estructural, solo se solucionará en el Perú con políticas de prevención”, argumentó Nakazaki.
Es este contexto, expresó su preocupación por la pérdida del respeto a la ley en los peruanos: “Si en una sociedad no creemos en el derecho, si en una sociedad dejamos al margen el derecho, la historia nos da grandes lecciones y el terrorismo es la más grande de ellas”.
