El jurista César Nakazaki indicó que la condena por delitos de abuso sexual debe ser ejemplar. En ese sentido, señaló que hoy existe la suma de penas por este delito que llega hasta los 35 años y que esta cifra debe ser modificada porque el Perú admite la cadena perpetua.
Además, el jurista indicó que la pena de muerte, muy solicitada por estos días, se ha convertido en un tema distractivo porque la adhesión del Perú al Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos le impide aplicar esta pena.
