Caso Yesenia Ponce: “El Congreso debe adoptar mecanismos para evitar la falsificación de documentos”

Nakazaki comentó que a pesar de las pruebas y todo el tiempo que ha pasado, el Congreso aún no ha dado una respuesta contundente sobre el caso de Yesenia Ponce.

El abogado César Nakazaki manifestó que la falsificación se ha convertido en un problema estructural en nuestra sociedad, a tal punto que Perú se sitúa entre los mejores falsificadores de dólares estadounidenses en el mundo.
 
De la misma manera, este problema se ve reflejado en el Congreso de la República, donde son constantes los casos de falsificación de documentos, habiéndose convertido esto en un patrón sistemático en el Parlamento, en palabras del penalista.
 
“Pese a que un analfabeto puede ser Congresista, estos señores parece que tienen vergüenza e inventan en su curriculum estudios certificados. Si en este momento tenemos que salir de la crisis de valores en que vivimos, hay que también dar una respuesta contundente a la falsedad. Y esa respuesta pasa por el caso de la Congresista Yesenia Ponce”, afirmó Nakazaki.
 
Para el abogado, las evidencias que ha presentado la prensa contra la congresista Ponce son contundentes. En este sentido, exhortó a la comisión de ética del Congreso a actuar como corresponde.
 
“Así como hubo apresuramiento para botar a otros Congresistas sin esperar el resultado de las investigaciones de la Fiscalía, aquí no hay nada que esperar. La infracción ética está totalmente demostrada”, explicó, agregando además que se deben adoptar mecanismos para que no se vuelta a repetir lo que ya es un patrón sistemático en el Congreso.
