Nakazaki comentó que a pesar de que el abogado de Odebrecht y la Fiscalía se han reunido, no se ha logrado algún acuerdo.

El abogado César Nakazaki mostró su preocupación por los pocos avances que se está teniendo en el caso Odebrecht. En este sentido, indicó que ya ha pasado demasiado tiempo y hasta ahora no se llega a un acuerdo de colaboración eficaz.
 
“Más allá de sincerar qué implica un acuerdo de colaboración eficaz, como tantas veces lo he dicho, es que no haya ningún proceso, ninguna sanción para los brasileros”, agregó el penalista.
 
Para el abogado, el tema central es que Odebrecht debe lograr que ciertos activos que le permitan tener una recuperación económica, de lo contrario la colaboración no avanzaría.
 
“Ya la posición de Odebrecht ha sido aceptada por el estado de Brasil. Una colaboración en bloque: empresas y ejecutivos. Menos que eso no van a aceptar. No solo en el Perú sino en ningún país”, argumentó.
 
Finalmente, Nakazaki comentó que la Fiscalía debe convencer a la sociedad de que ese es el camino o, de lo contrario, empezar a construir un plan B.
