Nakazaki indicó que se deben tomar acciones concretas para que este tipo de situaciones no vuelvan a suceder.

Frente a la trágica muerte de Xoanita en Cerro Azul, el abogado César Nakazaki comentó que, sobre todo en época electoral, este caso debe llevarnos a recordar quién es el garante de que una ciudad sea segura.
 
“En un espacio familiar, qué duda cabe, quienes cuidamos a nuestros hijos somos nosotros; somos los primeros garantes de su vida y su salud. En los espacios públicos, quien tiene que garantizar a los ciudadanos que su distrito, su pueblo, su provincia, su ciudad es segura, es el alcalde”, sostuvo el penalista.
 
Nakazaki agregó que los alcaldes deben que considerar que ellos son los responsables de la vida y salud de todos los ciudadanos, no obstante, apuntó que existe también toda una cadena de responsables “que, si cumplieran la ley, no habría pozos sin tapas o huecos que resultan trampas mortales para los niños”.
 
Finalmente, el abogado exhortó a las autoridades a plantear acciones concretas para que los responsables cumplan con asumir sus obligaciones y se evite este tipo de tragedias. “Una sociedad que cuida sus niños es una sociedad que tiene futuro. […] Que el mejor homenaje a Xoanita sea tomar las acciones para que la historia no se repita”, manifestó.
