Eso fue lo que dijo el abogado sobre la prisión preventiva que cumplen Ollanta Humala y Nadine Heredia
César Nakazaki, abogado del ex presidente Ollanta Humala y la ex primera dama Nadine Heredia, cuestionó los 18 meses de prisión preventiva que cumplen sus patrocinados por una investigación que se les sigue por el presunto delito de lavado de activos.
Cabe recordar que el presidente Pedro Pablo Kuczynski (PPK) también se pronunció sobre este caso en una actividad en Buenos Aires. Indicó que la ex pareja presidencial está presa pese a que no cuentan con un proceso.
“Mi antecesor inmediato está en la cárcel y su esposa también; no hay un proceso contra ellos, lo que es preocupante ¿no? Debería haber un debido proceso”, refirió PPK.
Al respecto, Nakazaki precisó que el mandatario ha criticado algo que ya ha sido abordado por diferentes sectores. “Lo que puedo entender es que el presidente ha recogido algo que se ha venido criticando por diversos sectores respecto a que, si ya la Fiscalía considera que tiene las pruebas suficientes para formalizar una acusación, lo que se tiene que hacer es llevar a una persona a juicio, no encerrarla en la cárcel porque la regla es que se enfrente un proceso en libertad”, explicó.
De otro lado, el abogado calificó como “inconstitucional” que no se le otorgue el indulto humanitario al ex presidente Alberto Fujimori. Recordemos que Nakasaki tuvo su defensa hasta el año 2013.
“El indulto humanitario, a diferencia de otros indultos, no es un perdón, es una exigencia. El Perú tiene un compromiso internacional, así como nos hemos comprometido a que no haya pena de muerte, el Perú se ha comprometido a que no haya penas inhumanas o crueles y no solo en el caso de Alberto Fujimori, hay otras personas ancianas, enfermas, que hace tiempo debieron haber salido”, enfatizó
