CASO PPK: “LA CONSTITUCIÓN ESTABLECE QUE EL MINISTERIO PÚBLICO DEBE INVESTIGAR LA POSIBLE COMISIÓN DEL DELITOS, NO EL CONGRESO”

El abogado César Nakazaki aseguró que corresponde al Ministerio Público y no al Congreso de la República realizar las investigaciones al expresidente Pedro Pablo Kuczynski, dado que ya no cuenta con un cargo público.

El abogado César Nakazaki manifestó que, durante su mandato, el expresidente Pedro Pablo Kuczynski cumplió con brindar toda la información solicitada al Congreso de la República; no obstante, ahora que ya no representa a la institución presidencial y en su condición de ciudadano, las investigaciones que se le sigan deben ser llevadas por el Ministerio Público y no por el Congreso de la República.
 
“La Constitución establece que el Ministerio Público, de manera exclusiva y excluyente, debe investigar la posible comisión de delitos, no las comisiones fiscalizadoras del Congreso”, afirmó el penalista.
 
Asimismo, reveló que los informes realizados por el Parlamento son entregados a la Fiscalía, configurándose estos como una preinvestigación a la investigación preliminar que realiza el Ministerio Público. En este sentido, señaló que el Congreso de la República solo puede realizar investigaciones a las personas en 2 casos: Antejuicio y Juicio Político.
