El abogado César Nakazaki realizó una reflexión sobre el caso del OSCE y la contratación millonaria de su nuevo inmueble.
Con respecto al caso del Organismo Supervisor de las Contrataciones del Estado (OSCE), donde se detectaron irregularidades en la contratación millonaria de un nuevo inmueble, el abogado César Nakazaki indicó que se califica como delito, no como un problema de ética, el hecho de inventar motivos dolosamente para beneficiar a un particular.
En este sentido, señaló que en la actualidad los funcionarios públicos tienen el gran reto de demostrar que son súper competentes siendo además súper honestos. Asimismo, exhortó al Gobierno a volver a levantar la bandera de la austeridad, un gesto que generaría confianza en la sociedad.
