Nakazaki comentó que los audios que desataron la crisis en el sistema de justicia tendrán su primera prueba de fuego.
El abogado César Nakazaki señaló que el Congreso tendrá que tomar una seria decisión frente a la crisis del sistema de justicia, utilizando el proceso de destitución o remoción contra los miembros del Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura (CNM).
En este sentido, explicó que los audios que desataron la crisis tendrán su primera de fuego, pues el parlamento, a través de ellos, deberá probar no un delito, sino que se incurrió en un hecho grave que impide el adecuado funcionamiento del CNM.
“Aquí será la primera vez que como Estado peruano se va a aceptar que los audios son una prueba. […] El parlamento debe explicar adecuadamente por qué razón los audios servirán para establecer este hecho grave que impide el funcionamiento normal del CNM y que, a mi modo de ver, puede justificar perfectamente la destitución de los implicados en actos de corrupción”, argumentó el penalista.
Asimismo, Nakazaki explicó que para quienes no están implicados en el caso y quienes vendrán después se deben considerar otras pautas. “Los consejeros que permitieron la existencia de este sistema y los nuevos que ingresarían, que por ser provenientes del mismo sistema de elección, que es la causa fundamental de la crisis, no tienen la capacidad ni la posibilidad de sacar adelante a la institución, también deben salir”, sostuvo.
