La defensa del expresidente se pronunció luego de que la Sala Penal Especial dejara a votación la apelación contra la nulidad de su indulto. Nakazaki criticó la falta de documentos por parte del Ministerio de Justicia.
El abogado de Alberto Fujimori, César Nakazaki, se pronunció luego de que la Sala Penal Especial dejara a votación la apelación del ex presidente Fujimori contra la nulidad del indulto humanitario otorgado el pasado 24 de diciembre.
A su salida de la Sala, la defensa del exmandatario indicó que el Ministerio de Justicia "arbitrariamente" no ha entregado los documentos que justificaban el perdón cedido a Fujimori.
"El Ministerio de Justicia arbitrariamente no ha querido entregar el expediente y los documentos que se presentaron ante la Corte Interamericana porque ante la Corte IDH, el Estado ha entregado todos los documentos que mostraban que el indulto a Alberto Fujimori fue absolutamente regular", indicó a la prensa.
Nakazaki pidió que el órgano entregue todos los documentos respectivos. "Nosotros le pedimos al tribunal que el Ministerio de Justicia entregue el expediente completo de la Corte. El ministerio se ha negado hasta el día de hoy a entregar el expediente", afirmó.
La audiencia
Este lunes se evaluó en la Sala Especial de Corte Suprema, compuesta por los jueces Jorge Salas, José Neyra y Ramiro Bermejo,la apelación presentada por la defensa del expresidente Alberto Fujimori, César Nakazaki, a la resolución que anuló el indulto humanitario otorgado por Pedro Pablo Kuczynski el pasado 24 de diciembre.
La audiencia se desarrolló en el tercer piso del Palacio de Justicia y contó con la participación de la defensa de Fujimori, quien sustentó la apelación, así como de la defensa de las víctimas de los casos La Cantuta y Barrios Altos, que cuestionaron el indulto.
El pasado 3 de octubre, el Juzgado de Investigación Preparatoria de la Corte Suprema declaró nulo el indulto humanitario que permitió recuperar su libertad a Alberto Fujimori, quien fue sentenciado a 25 años de prisión por delitos graves de secuestro y homicidio en el caso La Cantuta y Barrios Altos.
