CASO HUMALA: “SE BUSCA PRESIONAR AL TC EN SU RESOLUCIÓN POR EL HABEAS CORPUS DEL EXPRESIDENTE”

En entrevista para Canal N, el abogado César Nakazaki afirmó que confía en que el Tribunal Constitucional acabará con el abuso de la prisión preventiva del matrimonio Humala Heredia.

Este jueves el Tribunal Constitucional (TC) tomará su decisión con respecto a la acción de habeas corpus presentada por Ollanta Humala y Nadine Heredia y el abogado se mostró confiado de que se pondrá fin al abuso de la prisión preventiva y se permitirá a la expareja presidencial enfrentar su juicio en libertad.
 
No obstante, en una entrevista concedida para Canal N, el penalista aseguró que se vienen dando diversas tácticas para presionar la resolución del TC, entre ellas, la frecuente presencia del fiscal en los medios y no durante el proceso de habeas corpus o el pedido de la Fiscalía de incluir al partido nacionalista en la investigación como parte pasiva.
 
“El fiscal Juárez y el fiscal Vela han dicho que en abril termina la investigación; entonces cuántos días va a tener el partido nacionalista para defenderse. Quien determina si un partido político tiene o no tiene infracciones a la ley y debe ser sancionado es la corte suprema. Eso está en la ley de partidos políticos”, indicó Nakazaki.
 
Respecto al caso de la investigación que se realiza en Suiza a Ivoska Humala, hermana del expresidente, para conocer el origen de su patrimonio, el abogado comentó que se trata de otro psicosocial. “Si la investigación ya a va a terminar y ni siquiera tenemos pericia de Ollanta Humala, en qué podría variar en el proceso la información que en Suiza van a comenzar a investigar el patrimonio de la señora. Es bulla, es presión abierta y pura”, manifestó.
