En entrevista para Canal N, el abogado César Nakazaki manifestó que, tras la decisión del Tribunal Contitucional, Ollanta Humala y Nadine Heredia continuarán colaborando con la justica en libertad.

El abogado César Nakazaki expresó su satisfacción por la decisión del Tribunal Constitucional (TC) de revocar la orden de prisión preventiva contra Ollanta Humala y Nadine Heredia, quienes podrán seguir enfrentando su proceso en libertad.
 
En este sentido, en entrevista para Canal N, comentó que a partir de la reflexión del TC ha quedado claro que el proceso penal se ha hecho para garantizar la libertad y que mientras no exista una sentencia condenatoria no se debería privar a las personas de su libertad.
 
El penalista destacó, además, que esta decisión marca un precedente importante. “La sentencia en mayoría del Tribunal Constitucional marca el inicio para dejar ese abuso de la prisión preventiva”, afirmó.
