El abogado César Nakazaki indicó que la decisión del Tribunal Constitucional solo determinó si la conducta del matrimonio Humala Heredia afectaba o no el desarrollo del proceso.
Respecto a la decisión del Tribunal Constitucional (TC) de revocar la prisión preventiva a Ollanta Humala y Nadine Heredia, en entrevista para RPP, el abogado César Nakazaki manifestó que los magistrados solo evaluaron si la conducta del matrimonio Humala Herdia afectaba o no el desarrollo del proceso que vienen siguiendo.
En este sentido, afirmó que esté fallo del TC no estable criterios para generar impunidad. Asimismo, recordó que la supuesta falsificación de las firmas no perjudicó el proceso judicial que se le sigue a Nadine Heredia.
“Para la conducta procesal, la simulación o imitación de firmas tendría que haber afectado que se impida la realización de la pericia grafotécnica, y no se impidió realizarla”, comentó Nakazaki. Además, agregó que se debe establecer si las famosas agendas tienen algún valor probatorio en el juicio. “Eso está todavía en discusión en la corte suprema”, reveló.
