La libertad de Fujimori no corre peligro con la decisión de la Sala Penal Nacional
El penalista César Nakazaki indicó que en el caso de la Sala Nacional, que ha considerado inaplicable la gracia presidencial contra el Alberto Fujimori, existen diversas alternativas que evitarían que el expresidente que vuelva a prisión.
El jurista señaló que la libertad de Fujimori no corre peligro con la decisión de la Sala Penal Nacional porque posee la medida cautelar de comparecencia. Además, indicó que según la legislación del viejo código de procedimientos penales un enfermo no puede ser juzgado.
