En relación al caso de EsSalud, donde se registró el robo de los discos duros con información importante sobre la vida administrativa de la institución, el abogado César Nakazaki comentó que, en este tipo de incidentes, se ha hecho común que no se logre esclarecer lo sucedido a través de una investigación.
“Se pierden pruebas y al final nunca hay responsables. La experiencia criminalística nos enseña que, cuando se pierden pruebas muchas veces es para crear impunidad, para destruir las pruebas de responsabilidad sobre la base de delitos o infracciones administrativas”, sostuvo el penalista.
 
En ese sentido, indico que debemos ser celosos y exigentes en la protección de la información, sobre todo la que permite controlar o fiscalizar la actuación de los funcionarios y servidores de la administración pública.
 
“Espero que en esta oportunidad las autoridades señalen el inicio de una investigación y que, pasado un tiempo prudencial, nos den una respuesta de qué pasó. Fue producto del infortunio, del azahar o de un esquema de impunidad, porque, así como no se puede tolerar el delito contra la administración pública, igualmente no se puede tolerar la impunidad”, agregó.
