La persona jurídica tiene una responsabilidad distinta de las que se pretende imponer por la fiscalía.
El penalista César Nakazaki manifestó que en el caso de las empresas peruanas que formaron consorcios con Odebrecht, la persona jurídica tiene responsabilidad penal por la figura de peligro objetivo, que señala que si siguen funcionando pueden cometer delito en el futuro como ha sucedido muchas veces con las empresas de fachada.
Para Nakazaki, la persona jurídica tiene una responsabilidad distinta de las que se pretende imponer por la fiscalía. Por lo tanto, el abogado señaló que esta figura debe ser evaluada porque en el Perú aún no se tiene el desarrollo adecuado.
