Lo dicho tiene que ser probado en un proceso penal
El penalista César Nakazaki señaló que las declaraciones dadas por los brasileros a los fiscales peruanos por el caso Odebrecht, sirven para abrir investigaciones y juicios, pero no para dictar sentencias porque lo dicho tiene que ser probado en un proceso penal.
Nakazaki añade que el testimonio de cada una de estas personas debe ser tomado con cuidado y comprobado, porque son delincuentes que se han adherido al beneficio de la colaboración eficaz. Por lo tanto, las sentencias de estos procesos requieren de otros testigos -aparte de los colaboradores- para probar las denuncias en contra de la multinacional brasilera.
