Corte IDH: ¿debemos retirarnos o no?
Cesar Nakazaki señaló que el rechazo de la Corte IDH al indulto otorgado al expresidente Alberto Fujimori, hace que reflexionemos si es bueno continuar formando parte de este organismo. Al respecto, Nakazaki indicó que el objetivo de esta institución es velar por los derechos de las personas para evitar que se conviertan en objetos o sean tratados como animales.
Para Nakazaki es primordial mejorar y perfeccionar el sistema de justicia internacional. Por tal motivo, hizo hincapié en la necesidad de informarse sobre todo lo que acontece en el mundo, sobre todo en el sector jurídico, porque una correcta administración de justicia internacional asegura un buen funcionamiento del sistema judicial nacional.
