El abogado César Nakazaki señaló que en el caso del 'Club de la Construcción' existen diversas deficiencias debido al mal uso de los testimonios de los colaboradores eficaces y la forma en cómo se está desarrollando el proceso. Además, manifestó que existen problemas de tipificación de hechos que no son delitos, como en el caso de conspiración para tráfico de influencias que se pretende argumentar.
El jurista señaló que en el desarrollo del caso hay una evidente falta a la ley y la constitución en temas de derechos humanos, porque ha sido presentado como una cuestión mediática a pesar que debió mantenerse en ámbito estrictamente jurídico.
