El abogado César Nakazaki indicó que la libertad de expresión tiene límites y que los calificativos o menciones de las personas de las que se habla en los medios deben ser proporcionales para evitar que se afecte su imagen.
En ese sentido, Nakazaki se refirió al caso del periodista Raffo León y sus opiniones en contra de las congresistas de Fuerza Popular, quienes aludidas en la columna de su autoría denominada "Reporte desde el baño de damas", sentenciaron las expresiones del periodista. Por este motivo, el jurista sostuvo que los políticos debe ser tolerantes ante las opiniones ácidas en nombre de la libertad de expresión sin que esto cruce los límites del respeto.
