El abogado de Humala sostuvo que pretenden impedir la admisión a trámite del recurso.
César Nakazaki, uno de los abogados del expresidente Ollanta Humala, acusó a la Fiscalía de pretender presionar el recurso de casación presentado a su favor y que busca revertir la prisión preventiva ordenada en su contra y la de su esposa Nadine Heredia.
“Mi preocupación está en la oportunidad. Tratan de presionar a la Corte Suprema para que no nos admitan a trámite el recurso de casación”, dijo César Nakazaki.
Esto luego que el diario El Comercio revelara las declaraciones que el publicista Valdemir Garreta realizó ante el Ministero Público donde asegura que las constructoras Odebrecht y OAS le pagaron más de 900 mil dólares para asesorar la campaña nacionalista del 2011.
En el programa #2017N consideró que el Ministerio Público pretendería, con esta supuesta filtración, presionar al Poder Judicial para que no admita a trámite el recurso presentado por la expareja presidencial.
En otro momento consideró que las declaraciones de Garreta carecerían de valor ya que no se tiene cuenta de algún proceso abierto en contra del publicista.
