Tras la publicación del testimonio del publicista brasileño Valdemir Garreta sobre los honorarios que recibió en la campaña del 2011, el abogado César Nakazaki dejó en claro que esas declaraciones no pueden ser utilizadas como pruebas en contra de la expareja presidencial.
