Abogado dijo que Kuczynski se someterá a todas las investigaciones del caso
César Nakazaki, abogado del expresidente Pedro Pablo Kuczynski (PPK), sostuvo que el exmandatario es el primer interesado en demostrar su inocencia, por lo que aseguró se someterá a todas las investigaciones del caso.
Esto, luego de que el Tercer Juzgado de Investigación Preparatoria dictara 18 meses de impedimento de salida del país para PPK, en el marco de las investigaciones por el caso Odebrecht. “Hemos aceptado que se dicte este impedimento de salida por 18 meses, a pesar que en la ley el impedimento solo está previsto para los procesos penales y no para las etapas preprocesales. A partir del día lunes vamos a estar participando activamente en todas las investigaciones”, aseguró Nakazaki.
“Se trata de un expresidente y lo que quiere es demostrarle al país y a las instituciones que él es el primer interesado en demostrar su inocencia”, añadió el letrado. Finalmente, cuestionó que se dicte el allanamiento a las viviendas de San Isidro y Cieneguilla del exmandatario, justo en el momento que se evaluaba el pedido de impedimento de salida del país. “Nos están trayendo para discutir un impedimento de salida y a la vez nos ponen los allanamientos, es evidente que no quieren que la defensa esté en las diligencias”, sostuvo César Nakazaki.
