El abogado opinó sobre los alegatos del fiscal José Domingo Pérez y cuestionó el tratamiento de los casos por parte del juez Richard Concepción.
César Nakazaki, abogado de Alberto Fujimori, sostuvo que la prisión preventiva del caso Cócteles se está llevando de una manera inusual, por lo que sugirió que, en caso se quiera reformular el requerimiento de prisión, se debe retirar el mismo para presentarlo posteriormente con las nuevas confesiones. Algo que ha dejado de ocurrir en las audiencias.
Al respecto, señaló que está prohibido añadir nuevos elementos una vez presentado el requerimiento.
El penalista también recordó que el proceso ha sido creado para que solo el culpable vaya a la cárcel y, excepcionalmente, se concrete la prisión preventiva siguiendo las reglas estrictamente.
