CASO HUMALA: “ESTA INCAUTACIÓN SIN UN DEBIDO PROCEDIMIENTO Y SIN RAZONES LEGALES SE TRATA DE UN ABUSO INJUSTIFICADO”

El abogado César Nakazaki indicó que la defensa del expresidente Ollanta Humala y su esposa apeló contra la decisión de la incautación.

En una entrevista concedida para Canal N, el abogado César Nakazaki manifestó su desconcierto por las recientes decisiones del juez Richard Concepción Carhuancho en relación a la incautación de inmuebles de Ollanta Humala y Nadine Heredia, quienes tuvieron que dejar su hogar anoche luego de que el juez dispuso suspender la incautación por 30 días, para horas más tarde dejar sin efecto la medida y continuar con la incautación.

En este sentido, el penalista comentó que esta decisión se tomó sin seguir un debido procedimiento y sin razones legales, por lo que considera que se trata de un abuso que no tiene ninguna justificación. Informó también que han interpuesto un recurso de apelación contra la incautación y han presentado una recusación contra el juez Concepción.

Asimismo, comentó que están preparando un pedido para solicitar a la Comisión Interamericana que revise cómo el sistema de justicia peruano viene manejando el proceso que se sigue al expresidente y su esposa.

Finalmente, Nakazaki explicó que solo una pericia contable puede determinar si es que existe algún desbalance patrimonial y afirmó que no existen indicios de que el gobierno del expresidente Hugo Chávez haya realizado algún aporte a la campaña de Ollanta Humala
