El Dr. César Nakazaki indicó que el control de aportes dentro de los partidos políticos es responsabilidad de la ONPE porque esta institución debería tener un mecanismo que permita conocer la identidad de los aportantes y el origen del dinero que se recibe.
En ese sentido, agregó que es lamentable que en el Perú exista una cultura de anonimato en los aportes, peor aún cuando los partidos políticos no tienen filtros internos necesarios que eviten este tipo de problemas.
