El abogado César Nakazaki indicó que la dificil situación médica que atraviesa el exgeneral Nicolás Hermoza Ríos debe ser considerada para otorgarle el indulto humanitario.
El jurista señaló que desde el 2015 el Instituto de Medicina Legal le ha practicado evaluaciones médicas a Hermoza Ríos, en las que diagnosticaron demencia senil, hipertensión arterial, diabetes millitus, artrosis y otros males generados por el tiempo de carcelería. Sin duda motivos suficientes para que su familia solicite el indulto y que la indulgencia llegue en un momento crítico para el exgeneral.
