El abogado César Nakazaki indicó que el resultado positivo en el examen de antidoping practicado al futbolista Paolo Guerrero, fue consecuencia de un tratamiento médico, en el que existe una responsabilidad subjetiva porque la sustancia fue recetada por un doctor
En ese sentido, el letrado manifestó que la sanción contra el deportista debería ser severa si se comprueba la intención de usar estupefacientes. Sin embargo, Nakazaki indicó que hasta ahora el delantero de la selección ha demostrado su total capacidad deportiva pues tiene cinco antecedentes de antidoping en los que salió negativo y que no tiene la necesidad de usar algún químico que potencie su rendimiento.
