El abogado César Nakazaki analizó el caso de los videos y audios presentados como prueba en relación a las coordinaciones políticas que involucran al expresidente Pedro Pablo Kuczynski y el grupo del congresista Kenji Fujimori.
Respecto a los videos y audios presentados por el congresista Mamani, el abogado César Nakazaki afirmó que se debe determinar si constituyen una prueba lícita para la investigación contra el expresidente Pedro Pablo Kuczynski.
Para el penalista, si se llega a comprobar la presencia de un acompañante del congresista Mamani, que no participó de la conversación, pero se dedicó a filmarla, dichos videos se convertirían en pruebas ilegales.
Asimismo, aseguró que la entrega de documentos tecnológicos o informáticos tienen una regla de valoración, que supone la entrega inmediata de los equipos, de modo que inicie una cadena de custodia y control para identificar que el material sea el original y no haya sido manipulado.
