El Dr. César Nakazaki señaló que el recurso de casación presentado ante la Corte Suprema tiene el objetivo de hacer que la prisión preventiva, impuesta al expresidente Ollanta Humala y su esposa Nadine Heredia, sea analizada para determinar si es constitucional o no.
El abogado de la expareja presidencial indicó que la aplicación de la medida tiene que ser revisada "porque no se ajusta a derecho y en el país su uso es indiscriminado porque se encarcela sin pruebas, solo con suposiciones".
